Gary Smyle just called and asked me to post an adult male Yellow-headed Blackbird in Worcester County.  He and Mike Welch found it in a large blackbird flock along Rt. 12 right near Mt. Olive Church Rd.  The birds were moving around a lot, but staying in the general area.
