Surf Scoters were still there between 1:30 and 2 PM.  A little left of 
dam out in mid-lake. Eventhough I missed the Black Scoter a few weeks 
back its been nice to have all three scoters drop into the county at 
some point this fall.   I'm glad I checked MDOsprey about 12:45 just 
before heading out the door with my family to get the christmas tree and 
that the christmas tree place is only about a mile from Little Seneca.
