A Long-tailed Duck was still present at Centennial Lake in Howard County 
about 0830 today, presumably the same one reported yesterday. It was swimming 
between the dam and the boat ramp area. It seems to be a male, based on the black 
breast and fully white crown, but it may not be in full breeding plumage.
