Saturday - Dec 17 from 1:30 to 3:30 PM

Saw my first long tailed ducks (6) and some surf scoters (40-50) near Herrington harbor north of North beach.

Saw some greater scaup near the boardwalk (could see the purple head they were so close). (28 mostly brownish female) 

Bufflehead were everywhere ( in both places), and many immature BH made it too.
