Hello all.

Some great birds turned up today in Northern Anne Arundel County.

Highlights:

Riviera Beach: (Pond Area facing the Patapsco River)
(The pond was frozen and the Patapsco had 1' chops)

DC Cormorant: 4
Bufflehead: 6
RB Gull: many
GBB Gull: 8  One was harassing a pair of Buffleheads

Riviera Beach: (Overlook facing Stoney Creek)

Horned Grebe: 1  Always fun to see them
DC Cormorant: 3
GB Heron: 1
C. Goose: 4 Flyover
Mallard: 100+
Ruddy Duck: 800+ In 3 different rafts
LONG-TAILED DUCK: 2 Males were mixed with the Scaup raft
L. Scaup: 350+
Bufflehead: 11
Cooper's Hawk: 2
RB Gull: many
GBB Gull: 1
WT Sparrow: 5
Junco: 4

Elizabeth's Landing Beach: (1 mile south of Riviera, on Stoney Creek)

Mallard: 40
H. Merganser 2 hens
Cooper's Hawk: 1 

Sunset Beach: (On Stoney Creek)

Horned Grebe: 1
DC Cormorant: 3
C. Goose: 51
Mallard: 35

Yard: (In the Sunset Beach Community)

Brown Thrasher: 1 (!)
Song Sparrow: 4
WT Sparrow: 12
