Hi --

At the Montgomery Bird Club meeting last night, Barry was told that a Mute Swan had been seen on the DC CBC last Saturday -- I think behind LBJ Grove in the Boundary Channel. He didn't get any other info but... if it was a Mute Swan, I think this is still a review species (believe it or not) in DC, as well as a highly "desired" species for us DC listers. (As unwanted as it may be elsewhere).

Any further info would be appreciated, and if it was actually in DC (and not over the line in Virginia), Phil Davis may want to hear more about it.
