My earliest bird this morning was a Red-bellied Woodpecker.  I didn't get far from home, but did find a couple birds that I didn't see on Mike's or Paul's list:  Winter Wren and Yellow-bellied Sapsucker, both near Rock Creek under Massachusetts Avenue.
