MD OSprey:

The bird was seen at Nolan's Ferry on the C&O towpath early afternoon, 
1/3/2006, between about 12:15 and 12:55. This time the bird was NOT 
associating with the flock of kinglets, creeper, and chickadees. It was 
seen about 100 yds up-river from the parking lot, on the east side of the 
towpath
