After seeing the bright Townsend's Warbler (Thanks Dave) I stopped briefly at Little Seneca Lake (Black Hills Park). Among the usual geese & ducks was a male Common Goldeneye.

Are goldeneyes at every lake this season? Within the past week or so I've seen female plumaged birds at Lake Artemesia (PG County) and Centennial Lake (Howard County).
