Does anyone know of a bird feather image library on line or in a comprehensive book for N. American birds.  Not to be morbid, but curiousity gets the best of me when I find the remains of a bird kill (mostly from raptors, I suspect).  

I think I found the remains of a Downy Woodpecker today.  In particular, I found some small black feathers with pointed tips.  Other feathers in the bunch were combination black and white and some with really cool white spots on black feathers.
