Folks

Thanks to Harvey Mudds 1/11 post about the White Pelicans at Blackwater, and Ms. Emy Holdridge who came back and got me after she found three birds (above and beyond the call of her secretarial duties for MOS), I was able to get adequate images of at least one bird.

The birds were located at the end of the wildlife drive. When you nearly complete the drive you have an option of either going straight to Key Wallace Drive, or turning left toward Rt. 335. The birds were along the left turn going toward Rt. 335 just as the road turns left. Afternoon light should be best for images but go anytime if you just want to see them.

Also, the young male Harlequin Duck was cavorting with female Long-tailed Ducks around noon at the Cambridge Marina boat moor. He mush have no shame. Any species is far game it seems. What next a Fish Crow?
