Hi everyone!

Just wanted to remind you all of the next monthly
meeting of the Prince George's Audubon Society and the
Patuxent Bird Club. It's coming up this Tuesday
evening, January 10, 7:30 at the College Park airport
annex. See below for details, and see our web site if
you need directions to the meeting location! It is,
as always, free, and open to the public. Hope to see
you there!

Phil Davis: "A Southern Oceans Expedition"

In January and February 2003, Phil and Barbara Davis
cruised the Southern Ocean and made fifteen Zodiac
landings. Their presentation features stunning
digital images of icebergs, whales, penguins and other
birds. The Davises have an affinity for the polar
regions of the earth, having birded Attu, Gambell, and
the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge. Phil currently
leads trips to Gambell and adak in Alaska. He has
also served as secretary of the Maryland
Ornithological society's MD/DC Records Committee for
the past ten years.

Please join us for a wonderful cold-weather themed
presentation!
