Hi all. George Jett was kind enough to grace Cecil County with his presence today. We spent most of the time in North East looking for Gulls. Around 12 or just after, we found 1- 1st winter Iceland Gull and 1-Adult Lesser Black-backed Gull. Gull numbers at the park were kind of low, but from the parking lot at the Food Lion, I could look over at the landfill which is about 2 miles away and see thousands and thousands of Gulls. Unfortunately they wont grant us permission in anymore.
Other birds at the Park and surrounding Marina include Goldeneye, Long-tailed Ducks, Common Mergansers, Hundreds of Lesser Scaup, a couple of Greater's, 2 American Coot, at least 100 plus Bonaparte's Gulls.

We had a stop over to my parents place where the Black-capped Chickadee's were all over the place. They have almost no fear. We also had Brown Creeper, White and Red-breasted Nuthatch, and the normal everyday feeder birds.

Happy Birding
