Leo - Thanks for posting these. I stopped by Greenbury Point on the way
to work on the morning  of Wednesday, Feb. 1 and, after almost giving
up, found 1 adult White-Crowned Sparrow and 2 immatures in the vicinity
of the feeders, as you mentioned.

Definitely a first for me in Annapolis!

3 adults in bright plumage, 2 immatures - - noon at the Naval Academy's 
Nature Center (out the golf course road to the Nature Center on 
Greenbury Point across the Severn River from Annapolis.)
 
Park & walk toward the gate south of the Center, but before reaching it,
turn back to scope along the west wall of the building where some kind
soul has filled the feeder.     (Thank you, thank you.)
The birds were feeding on the ground there.
