A short mid-day walk at Meadowbrook Park in Howard County
(rt. 100 just east of rt. 29) produced an Eastern Phoebe 
and an adult White-crowned Sparrow.

HowCo mid-winter counters take note, with luck, they will 
linger.

And as I ventured out for the mail, a Winter Wren popped up
in the Azaleas.
