On this cold and windy but very sunny day, I observed the Ruff at the
previously described spot on Griffith Neck Rd. at 1:15 PM. It was not very
cooperative, staying behind some dead vegetation the whole time I was there.
It was in the company of four Killdeer.

Upon leaving the wildlife drive at Blackwater NWR, three preening American
White Pelicans were observed far out in the water on the left shortly before
exiting the refuge.

No sign of the Harlequin Duck at the Cambridge docks.
