Hi all

Driving through the parking lot outside Trader Joe's I saw a large bird with
pointed wings fly overhead. The flight profile was most unusual, and then I
realized that the bird was carrying something in its talons. I saw the bird
land on the Investment Building (the large office building on the north side
of the roundabout) and grabbing binoculars out of the glove compartment, I
confirmed that it was an adult peregrine. (No, I have no comment on
subspecies!) I know of peregrine introductions downtown but this is the
first time I had seen one in Towson.
