Hi all,
While out taking the dog for his early AM walk, a pair of bluebirds visited
one of my nest boxes, with the male perching on top, wing-waving then going
inside it. The female was nearby. Now I have to go make sure they are all
cleaned out.

At Blue Mash this morning, nothing exceptional, but seemed like more Am.
Tree Sparrows than I've been seeing, as well as Red-winged Blackbirds
conk-a-reeing from the tops of the trees around the small pond. Nice to see them back
in numbers.

Ducks were few, mostly Ring-necks, a couple of Buffleheads, a few Hooded
Mergs, Mallards, and yesterday PM there were Green-winged Teal, but not today. A
Great Blue Heron is hanging out at the big pond. Lots of juncos around, a few
Swampies, Song, White-throated and Field sparrows too. Lots of
Golden-crowned Kinglets about, with chickadees and titmouse, plus some Purple Finches
yesterday PM.
