This Tuesday evening at Cylburn the Baltimore Bird Club is
fortunate to have Gail Mackiernan present her talk, "The Longest
Pelagic". In 2003-2004 Gail, her husband and four friends took a
10,000 mile, 24 day cruise from Capetown, to Tristan da Cuhna,
Antarctica, the Falklands, Tierra del Fuego and up the west coast
of South America. They saw over 100 species of seabird, many
rarely observed by birders. Gail will show slides and video from
this unique voyage.
Please plan to join the BBC and friends at 7:15 for refreshments
and Gail's talk which will begin at 8:00.
