Monroe and others,


   This is probably the same flock that flew over my
place every night each winter season. Up to 1.5
million grackle/blackbirds in several flocks passing
over around 5pm or a bit later.  Back in Nov 2001, I
saw one male Yellow-headed Blackbird in one of the
smaller flock.
Ever since, mostly are Common Grackles, Red-winged
Blackbirds, European Starlings, Brown-headed Cowbirds
and sometimes Rusty Blackbirds.  
   It was a great sight when the sun setting, and
millions of black spots passing over each night.
