Hi, I spent over an hour after 11 am looking for the
Townsend's Warbler.  I (and some other birders)
checked both upriver and downriver from Sycamore
Landing Road, along the C & O Canal towpath.  Nary a
warbler did I spy, of any kind.  At least one Brown
Creepers was singing, a Horned Lark or two flew over,
and some Bonaparte's Gulls flew up the Potomac.
