For  breeding  Bird  atlas   reasons as this is a confrimation  I am 
passing this along tonight  3 - 21  on Channel 13 news in Baltimore  
reported that a Black Vulture  has set up housekeeping in and old 1860s era 
mansion called  the Ruscombe  Mansion . They have 2 eggs on the third floor 
according to the report  It is  under remodeling for offices  but the  
developer has plans to  leave the vulture  alone till nesting is over  
latter this summer .  Good news I would say .Also the ID was correct also

        This     afternoon 3 - 21 - 06   after Some errands   I went  scope  
  Eastern Bay   and Prospect Bay     from the boat landing  in the prospect 
Bay  Developement .  I  located     5    Noirthern Gannets  flying around 
out there  never saw any dive for food  though .they are  County and state 
year  birds   This is in Queens   Annes County  near Grasonville Md .
