I wonder if this is the same pair I observed at 6:20 this morning. The
kestrels were in a massive white oak tree located on the Bureau of Medicine
& Surgery complex at 23 & E Streets NW. One flew off for a brief period
before returning to perch besides the other.

A pair of American Kestrels were flying between trees at the 11th and North
Carolina corner of Lincoln Park this morning.
