Admittedly, I was not able to assess whether it was a Boat-tailed or Great-
tailed.  I have good experience with both, but because we were moving 
(though not top speed because of some traffic), it was impossible to hear 
if it was vocalizing or to even tell if it had more of a purplish cast.  
The thought of Great-tailed crossed my mind after the fact, but after 
checking past records of Boat-tailed in areas not too far away, I assumed 
it to be BT.  Therefore, the best thing might be for someone in that area 
to relocate it.

Travelling north on I-95, it was on the right side of the road in some 
fairly close to the road branches.  I remember seeing the sign announcing 
the exit to to "Havre de Grace 1 mile" perhaps 1 to 2 tenths of a mile 
after the bird.
