    Eight birders braved the chilly winds for a morning of birding at Hope
House Farm, led by Les Roslund.  A total of 62 species were either seen or
heard during the outing.
    Highlights:
        Northern Gannets - over the Miles River
        Horned Grebe
        Pied-billed Grebe
       Mute Swan on nest - confirmed nesting for yet another Eastern Shore
Atlas Block
        Great Blue Heron sustaining attack by a pair of Osprey
        Great-horned Owls - two flying into and out of a section of woods
        Barred Owl
        Bald Eagles - both adult and immature
        American Kestrel
        Red-breasted Nuthatch
        Brown Creeper
        Brown Thrasher
        Greater Yellowlegs
        Chipping Sparrow
        Pine Warbler
        Myrtle Warbler
       Woodpeckers - Downy, Red-bellied, Flicker and Pileated
