This weekend I noted the following new arrivals to my yard: Red-shouldered 
Hawk, Tree Swallow, Purple Martin, Bonaparte's Gull, D-c Corm, Common Merg 
(passing through), Pied-billed Grebe (one's been around for at leasdt 
three weeks now -looking for a mate?), Chipping Sparrow (singing)...
