Spotted ten Caspian Terns today on the second pier on the port side of the Barry (DD 933) in the Washington Navy Yard. There were also 25 Double Crested Cormorants and a few Ring-Billed Gulls on the same pier. I was not able to see the usual pair of American Coots near the pier on the starboard side of Barry, but did see a Great Blue Heron.
