This morning in our front yard, I heard the dry, buzzy trill of a Worm-eating Warbler. Thankfully, the Juncos that had been a constant during the winter, seem to have moved off. Their song is easy to confuse with a WEWA at times.
We also had a Louisiana Waterthrush singing in the swamp behind the house as well as the now resident Pine Warblers that have been singing in the yard for weeks. Still had some White-throated Sparrows in full song.
