The Great-Horned Owls, discovered Monday by Derek Richardson are still
present. In fact, the adult was with *two* owlets this morning, again
disclosed by a group of crows harrassing them. The adult was on the
same tree as the owlets when I first saw them and then flew to a nearby
tree where I had seen the adult alone on Tuesday morning.

Other birds on the Paint Branch trail not observed yesterday:
- American Crow
- Fish Crow
- Song Sparrow
- Chipping Sparrow

- Possible Sandpiper sp.? (I happened to catch this guy fly across the
little stream that runs under the second bridge (below Cherry Hill
Road) and was able to get a couple of distant but highly occluded
looks, no idea on the id)

(Also had a small flock of 5 Cedar Waxwing on the way home yesterday afternoon).
