Yesterday diversity was down and numbers were up at Ft. Bayard Park, with about 10 Yellow-rumped Warblers and 15 Chipping Sparrows--the most I've had there at one time. The Field Sparrow was gone.
Had my first CHIMNEY SWIFT of the year this morning, as well as a Yellow PALM WARBLER. Yellow-rumps and Chippies were still present, in somewhat lower numbers.
