This week garnered a few new species as they trickled in.
Marriotsville Rd had 4 YELLOW-THROATED WARBLERS this morning along with the expected PARULAS, BLACK-AND-WHITE and LA WATERTHRUSH.
ALpha Ridge Park had a GREEN HERON.
A number of SAVANNAHS were seen in a variety of places so they are well on the move.
    BROAD-WINGED HAWKS were also moving.
A RED-BREASTED NUTHATCH at Rockburn was a treat also there were half a dozen WHITE-EYED VIREOS there.
     BLUE-HEADED VIREOS are increasing.
5 CASPAIN TERNS at CENTENNIAL along with a calling BARRED OWL. (not a common bird for the park).
    HUMMINGBIRD at the feeder.

(please send a few anhingas to Howard County!)
