Kenilworth Park - first Blue Grosbeaks, et al

Supplementing Paul Pisano's report, and in agreement with reports 
yesterday, we found several new (for us) arrivals at Kenilworth Park 
along the Anacostial this AM: Prairie Warbler, Blue Grosbeaks, Vesper 
Sparrows, Orchard Oriole. The Blue Grosbeaks were in the retired section 
  beyond the barrier. A full list follows, with A denoting along the 
Anacostia River; G beyond the barrier:

Wood Duck m, A
Osprey, G
Bald Eagle a, A
R. Shoulder Hawk, G
Gt Blue Heron 2, A
Great Egret 5, A
Green Heron, A
Glossy Ibis 3, (faces not seen), A
BARRED OWL, heard calling from the Aquatic Gardens, not the opposite 
direction as y'day, and my first in DC
Killdeer, A
Tree Swallow 1
Barn Swallow 10 (unusual here)
E. Phoebe, G
E. Starling 110
Yellow-rump Warbler, G
Prairie Warbler, G
E. Towhee, G
Blue Grosbeak 4 singing males, G. Much the earliest arrival date for me.
Vesper Sparrow 2, tussling as if DC is so crowded with them they have 
to 	contend for space
Chipping Sparrow
Field Sparrow 3-4, G
Savannah Sparrow, G
Song Sparrow, G
Wh-thr Sparrow many, as if on the move
Orchard Oriole (also early)
R-w Blackbirds (really in the KAG marsh)
B-h. Cowbird, (too) many
