A nice assortment of landbird migrants showed up around my neighborhood in East Columbia this foggy morning after a heavy thunderstorm the night before. Included were an Eastern Kingbird, a Catbird, Brown Thrasher, Wood Thrush, two Ruby-crowned Kinglets (one really showing off its crown), 4 vireos (Blue-headed, White-eyed, Yellow-throated, Red-eyed), Blue-winged Warbler, both Baltimore and Orchard Orioles, and 2 Purple Finches.
