In a continuing string of surprising "just-outside-our-kitchen-window,"
Adams Morgan sightings, I had a Blue Headed Vireo singing in the tree
about 15 feet away. This is following the Ovenbird and pair of Thrashers
seen within the last few weeks. Migration does bring surprises to the
urban neighborhood especially since I only have about 15 minutes to
look/listen before work in the morning.
