Today at 4:20 pm I had five juvenile or female Anhingas flying northeast over the Mall in Columbia, Howard County.  The birds were soaring and flying leisurely overhead.  Although I did not have binoculars, they were not that high up and I watched them for about 1 min 30 seconds.  Such a distinct bird with long neck, pale throat, and fan shaped tail.  Shower had let up for a moment and perhaps they could get back in the air.  

Keep your eyes open.
