Howard Chapter MOS no longer holds birds.  FWS tightened rules a few years 
back,
so that we could no longer legally retain the collection.  The collection is 
now in the hands
of HowCo's Department of Recreation and Parks.  I do not know if they taking 
in new
specimens.
