Animated pine warbler among the warbling vireos in the bottomland 
deciduous treetops surrounding the meadow just up the Potomac from the 
waterfall near the boathouse.  This would normally be prime habitat for 
yellow-throated warblers.  Not a one in sight.  Not a pine tree, either.
