Hello everyone--

I also enjoyed the walk in Pattersn park this past Saturday. Kudos to
David for an enjoyable morning. I recently moved from Charles county into
Baltimore City (Brooklyn) SO far, I have found some nice bird watching
areas close to my house. Yesterday I went to Middle Branch Park near the
Hanover Street Bridge. At the trail head to the Gywnn Falls Trail there
are three boardwalks that lead out to observaion lookouts overlooking the
water (Curtis Bay??) with Baltimore Skyline in the background. This place
is very birdy and highlights from yesterdays walk include:

Baltimore Oriole-- 1 male
Yellow Warbler-- 1 male singing
Barn Swallows -- 8
ROugh WIng Swallow-- 2
Snowy Egret-- 1 (flying toward the bridge)
American Robins 4
Redwing Blackbirds-- about 20
