Lots of activity this morning, including seven different warblers: Chestnut-sided, Black-throated Green, Black and White, Blue-winged, Yellow-rumped, Ovenbird and Yellowthroat (all males except for the B & W and some of the Yellow-rumps). Other noteworthy birds were Scarlet Tanager, Rose-breased Grosbeak (male and female), Baltimore Oriole, Cedar Waxwing, Blue-headed Vireo, Red-eyed Vireo, Ruby-crowned Kinglet and Indigo Bunting. Still a few White-throated Sparrows hanging on.

Best morning so far of the spring at Patterson Park in deepest Baltimore. The
weather front overnight dropped no rain but lots of migrants, most notably wood
thrushes (7 under 1 tree!), ovenbirds, catbirds and 9 warbler species. Almost
