I was at Lake Artemisia in Greenbelt this morning. A nice birder whose name I failed to get alerted me to a flock of about 2-3 dozen Bobolinks (a guess only) in the meadow on the peninsula that divides the two parts of the lake. What a treat!
Additionally, there was a nice Black-Crowned Night Heron just below the bridge that links the lake area to the continuation of the hike/bike trail.
