Hi everyone,
Blue Mash was not exactly hopping with birds today, though ticks were seen
in good numbers! The highlight of the morning was a single quietly singing
very visible WILLOW FLYCATCHER, a FOY bird for us. Other highlights, a
gorgeous male Chestnut-sided Warbler, a few displaying singing Yellow-breasted
Chats, 2-3 Wilson's Snipe, 2 Solitary Sandpipers, a pair of Red-tailed Hawks,
Green Herons, Yellow Warblers, etc. In other words many of the usual suspects and
nothing too terribly unusual.
