Hi all sorry this  Report is a little late but  on  Sat May 5, 06 I went to 
the  Chesapeake Bay Environmental Center  in Grasonville  to search out some 
shorebirds and hopefull for warblers .
     I had  a nice mix of  Herons  and shorebirds on lake Knapp   and a 
modest group of Warbler species  On the Marshy Creek trail  . Highlights 
were

Great Egret     2
Snowy Egret    15
Tricolored  Heron      2
Green Heron     2
mallards
Black  Duck    5
Ruddy   Duck      50 still there
Lesser Scaup  7
Green Winged Teal     4
Semipalmated plover      lots
Killdeer    4
Solitary Sandpiper      2
Greater yellowleggs   5
Dunlin      2
Least Sandpiper         lots
Semipalmated  Sandpiper     1
Yellow Rumped Warbler    2
Pine Warbler     1
Yellow    Warbler     4
Common    Yellowthroat   2
Carolina Wren     2         1 carrying Neating material
Eastern Bluebird        1 female       on the Marshy creek trail  near the 
canoe rack
Barn Swallow
Tree Swallow
