Stopped by Green Farm Conservation Park in Montgomery County this
afternoon and was delighted to find three American Redstarts (two male
and one female), first of the year for me. Other birds included at
least four Indigo Buntings (another first of the year for me), two
Prairie Warblers, a Baltimore Oriole, Eastern Bluebird fledglings, and
several Tree Swallows.
On a side note, I had a Blackpoll Warbler singing and foraging in my
front yard after work -- new yard bird!
