Greetings,

Yesterday I found a female Common Goldeneye at the Aberdeen Proving Ground 
in Harford County. The bird, for those interested, was in the tidal swamp 
amung the phragmites near the "SIBO" Boat Ramp (Woodpecker Point rec. 
area). Specifically the bird was on the right side of the road where the 
road crosses the drainage culvert directly infront of the boat ramp.  I 
approached the bird and it did not readily move. It seemed lethargic (lead 
poisoning?)
