This evening, I had 2 Yellow-throated Warblers behind hole #2 of Pine Ridge
golf course in the tall white pines (Loch Raven - Baltimore County). One
bird flew on the ground to gather a few things. The bird was right in front
of me about 50 feet away! During this time, I heard another Yellow-throated
Warbler sing! Looks like we have a pair.

Also seen, 1 Osprey flying relatively low over Loch Raven near dusk.

Before arriving at Pine Ridge, I stopped at Soldiers Delight and saw a
Summer Tanager. This is a new Balto County bird for me. The bird was may be
1/2 mile down the red trail on the left and singing abundantly. Thanks to
those viewers before me who documented the location of the bird.

Before that I stopped at Patapsco State Park ( McKeldin ) in Carroll County
and heard a Cerulean Warbler.

   Good Birding!
