Go to the nearest ski shop (or major sports store) and ask for an 
anti-fog cloth. They sell them to use on the inside of ski goggles. 
You wet a corner of the cloth, then rub it on the lenses. I got one 
years ago and it works great!

I've never tried it on AR-coated lenses, but I don't think it would 
damage the coating.
