To add to what John said, some one backed their car into my scope and
knocked it over damaging the optics. Sent it to SONA in Rhode Island and
within a week I had a loaner in my hands and when I got the repaired scope
back, no charge. A friend of mine sent her binoculars back to SONA for a
loose focus wheel and she got it back quickly and again, no charge.
