Black Crowned Night Heron-Rock Creek Parkway Median

My wife spotted a black crowned night heron in some standing flood water on the Rock Creek Parkway median just south of the Mass Ave ramp at 7:30 this morning. There must be some frogs in those muddy flood pools.
