Well, it was inevitable. Finally, a tick or a nymph got by me, bit me and
I got the "classic" - sort of - bull's eye rash of a tick bite w/Lyme
Disease.
If you don't know what I'm talking about - do a Google Search
under "images" of Lyme Disease Tick Bite and you'll see what I mean. It
doesn't always look like a bull's eye, but a bite within a rash is close
enough.
I might have otherwise ignored the strange bite not finding a tick on me,
except for two co-workers who have had the same bite mark on them in the
last month and showed me the bite.
Just beware of any welt or rash over 5 cm and get it checked out. I'm
lucky as I found it and figured it out.
