Hello All,

My earlier post should have read as follows:


The Great-horned Owl I saw last night at Greenbury Point was a young bird 
begging. I didn't recognize the call at the time. Tonight, however, there 
were two birds, both begging. They were both calling from the roof of the
last brick building before the field.  No adults made an appearance nor
called while I was 
there.  

Sorry for the confusion.
